Rob Madin is probably best known as his socially inept, keytar-wielding comedy creation, Brett Domino, who has been featured on TV and radio stations across the globe, as well as countless web blogs. Rob has created more than 30 highly successful viral videos for the Brett Domino YouTube channel, which has received over 20 million hits. He has also produced content for BBC1‘s The Apprentice, CBBC’s Blue Peter, and ITV’s Britain’s Got Talent; as well as working with many big name brands such as Nokia, Chevrolet, Korg, Roland and Yamaha. In November 2010, a Brett Domino song about ‘I’m A Celebrity...’ contestant, Gillian McKeith, made its way to #10 in the iTunes download chart and entered the Official UK Top 40 at #29, after the online video garnered over a million views in a week.

In 2011 Rob developed a new character, C-Bomb, a misguided dubstep producer from Sheffield. After more online success, BBC Three commissioned a sitcom pilot, which Rob co-wrote with Jason Cook (Hebburn) and Danny Peak (Mongrels, Not Going Out).

Rob grew up in Chesterfield, Derbyshire, and graduated from Leeds College of Music in 2008 with a BA (Hons) in Music Production. In his spare time, he writes and produces music and short films in both professional and recreational capacities. He produces remixes under the pseudonym, DoBERMAN, and has reworked tracks for artists such as Zombie Nation, The Dandy Warhols and To My Boy. He plays a range of musical instruments, including the drums, keyboards, guitar, bass, ukulele, recorder, theremin and kazoo.
